Service Technician Qualifications:

  • Work full-time Monday-Friday, occasional Saturday.
  • 2 years experience in luxury automotive service preferred
  • Ability to effectively communicate with clients if the situation arises
  • Motivated to continue to enhance skills and be the best in the industry
  • Familiarity with luxury makes and models
  • Audi, Porsche or VW service experience a plus
  • Must have valid driver's license
  • Team player

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Must be able to work some Saturdays
  • Must pass pre-employment screening (background, MVR, drug test)

  • Perform daily bin checks and assists in monthly inventory checks.
  • Ability to scan/receive parts into inventory and stock accordingly.
  • Collect payments in form of cash/card/check or charge account.
  • Review special orders daily and keep status updates accurate.
  • Read appropriate manuals to ascertain type and specification of part.
  • Answers telephone promptly and consistent with dealership guidelines.
  • Maintains an organized, clean, and safe work area.
  • Work directly with Parts Manager to achieve departmental production and profitability goals.
  • Ability to operate computer efficiently and effectively to keep up with our fast-paced environment.
  • Participates in required training and complies with Company policies and procedures.
  • Records all hours worked accurately in company timekeeping system.
  • Follows Safeguards rules and regulations.
  • Observes all Federal, State, Local and Company safety rules and regulations in the performance of duties.
  • Demonstrates the Company's Core Values 

Requirements:
  • Previous parts counter experienced required.
  • Valid driver's license with clean record
  • Knowledge of basic Automotive systems 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Detail-oriented, have a professional appearance and strong work ethic
  • CDK Experience preferred but not required.
  • Associate degree preferred but not required- direct work experience also considered.

Hours:
  • M-F 7:30am-6:00pm (rotating early leave day)
  • Sat  8:00am-5:00pm (on rotation with team)
