COVID-19 Update


At this time, our Service & Parts departments are open for business as usual while our Sales department is here for you by appointment only.

We have implemented precautions in accordance with the guidelines from the World Health Organization (WHO), Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) as well as State and Local agencies to make our facilities as safe and convenient as possible, including:

  • Stocking the dealership with soap and alcohol-based sanitizers
  • Increasing the frequency of surface cleaning and disinfecting within the dealership
  • Every vehicle is disinfected before and after test drives as well as when picking up or dropping off for service.
  • Requesting that our dealership personnel temporarily refrain from shaking hands and follow all social distancing guidelines
  • Implementing procedures that encourage personnel to stay home if they are feeling unwell in any way
  • Mandating measures such as restricting business travel, postponing all meetings, and reporting of any personal travel outside of North America
  • Sharing frequent updates with all Audi Charlotte personnel to ensure we are doing our part to minimize the impact of COVID-19
