As a winner of the KBB Best Buy Award for 2020, the Q5 has a lot of reasons it should be at the top of your list. The available Audi virtual cockpit is a fully digital 12.3-inch information display that allows the driver to customize information for navigation, audio, as well as Google Earth. With the available MMI all-in-touch with handwriting-recognition technology, the driver can "write" their entry instead of manually entering letters or numbers on a keypad. The smartphone interface feature enables access to Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, providing integration with your compatible smartphone's features. With adaptive cruise control and traffic jam assist, you can enhance your comfort and confidence on long trips or in heavy traffic. Want to go for a greener option? The Q5 hybrid can extend vehicle range, which means fewer stops to re-fuel for you.

Plug into hybrid progress

A sophisticated hybrid drivetrain system in the 2020 Audi Q5 TFSI e can extend vehicle range and mean fewer stops to re-fuel. With selectable drive modes, the Audi Q5 TFSI e can drive under electric-only power an estimated 20 miles. Customers can also be eligible for a $6,712 federal tax credit and additional state incentives. With more range, comes more adventure.

Sporty utility

As alluring as it is functional, the 2020 Audi Q5 exudes refinement inside and out. From the flowing exterior shoulder line to the luxurious amenities within, this is a crossover SUV that pushes style beyond expectations.

The heart of an athlete

Mated with a seven-speed S tronic® transmission, the versatile turbocharged 248-hp 2.0-liter engine of the 2020 Audi Q5 helps propel it 0-60 mph in 5.9 seconds and hit at a peak of 273 lb-ft of torque at only 1,600 rpm. Meanwhile, with the combined output of a hybrid system, the Audi Q5 PHEV features the same engine but pushes total system power to around 362 hp and 369 lb-ft for a 0-60 time of a brisk 5.0 seconds.

Boundless possibilities

If it seems spacious, that's because it is. A sleek power tailgate with available hands-free  functionality opens up to a generous 53.1 cu ft of maximum cargo capacity when the 40/20/40 rear seatbacks are folded down, which means you can truly get the most out of your cabin space.

A little help on the way

Audi pre sense® city can help stationary vehicles and pedestrians at speeds of up to 52 mph, warn the driver of an imminent collision, initiate emergency braking and can even help stop the vehicle under 25 mph.

All-wheel power in all conditions

Legendary quattro® all-wheel drive enables high-precision dynamic handling through active torque distribution to the rear axle. It helps provide enhanced directional stability when cornering, giving you more confidence at turns-even in the rain and snow. And for the first time, an electric motor has been paired with quattro ® with ultra® technology in the new Q5 55 TFSI e.

*MY20 Q5 55 TFSI e (PHEV) Towing Restriction - To clarify any misunderstanding regarding the towing capabilities of the MY20 Q5 55 TFSI e (PHEV), we wanted to provide an explanation on why the vehicle is not equipped to tow, and why an Audi accessories hitch is not available through either PIA or DIA. When towing a trailer with a standard drivetrain, it is recommended to use an engine braking effect by either downshifting gears or placing the transmission in "S" mode when driving downhill for an extended period of time. However, the MY20 Q5 PHEV does not engine brake as the gasoline motor will turn off during braking. This creates a risk of the brake system overheating under certain driving conditions. Accordingly, a hitch should not be installed and the vehicle should not be used to tow. Please note that compared to the Q5 45 TFSI and the SQ5, both of which are equipped with trailer pre-wiring and an open cut-out in the rear bumper, the MY20 Q5 PHEV is not equipped with either. Because the MY20 Q5 PHEV should not be used to tow, the bumper is intentionally closed off, and there is also no wiring.
