Once you test drive this new addition, we doubt you’ll want to drive off with what you came in… Let’s be honest. You have two turbocharged engines as your options: a 255-hp TFSI® engine that has a smooth power output and is more fuel efficient. Then there’s the 333-hp TFSI® V6 engine that can take you from 0-60 mph in as little as 5.7 seconds. You can also tow up to 7,700lbs. No matter the engine you choose, it still comes with the standard Quattro® all-wheel drive, Audi adaptive air suspension, and Audi pre sense® city.
Now that technology has been mentioned, here’s the scoop on the incredible features the 2017 Q7 has to offer. Just as mentioned, it comes with the Audi pre sense® city with collision avoidance assist technology, traffic jam assist features, and pedestrian detection. These will alert the driver and help with preventing or minimizing potential collisions.
On top of that, it comes with traffic sign recognition: it alerts you of speed signs, school and construction zones, and of course traffic signs. Night vision assistance is available as well; it can detect pedestrians and animals in low-light environments within 300 feet using thermal-imaging technology and infrared cameras.
